We have the following beautiful facilities for hire:-

Our beautiful Georgian Chapel, and recently modernised and comfortable Martineau Hall, are available to hire for concerts and other events. They are conveniently located for the city centre, in Colegate, in the heart of medieval Norwich, and there is excellent public car parking just yards away.

The  Octagon Chapel is a stunning building, with the interior designed by Norwich architect Thomas Ivory, and built in 1756.  It seats 250 people in total, in the chapel and its first floor gallery.

The Octagon Chapel runs a highly successful series of concerts, the Octagon Concert series, and is a regular venue for the Norfolk and Norwich Festival.  We are keen to hire our chapel to other groups to use, for one-off events such as concerts, book launches, lectures and talks, and large-group meetings.

We also have a lovely, well cared-for garden that is available to use in conjunction with the chapel, at no extra charge.

The hire charge for the chapel is £30.00 per hour.  In addition to this there is a heating charge of £20.00 per hour during the months when heating is required, giving a total of £50.00 per hour.

We also have the comfortable, recently modernised, Martineau Hall available for hire.  It seats up to 44 people.  There are kitchen facilities available in a comfortable, modern kitchen space.  The hall is popular with a diverse range of groups such as pilates/yoga/dancing groups, music groups, discussion groups, a Rainbows group, as well as for one-off events. 

The hire charge for the hall is £20.00 per hour.  In addition to this there is a heating charge of £10.00 per hour when heating is required, giving a total of £30.00 per hour.
